Use Cases¶
Phase 2 (Months 12–18) implements three science use cases that demonstrate the MESA prototype against real research workflows. Each use case delivers a reproducible workflow with a DOI by Month 18.

Why these three?¶
The use cases are chosen to stress-test all three innovation goals:

Reproducibility commitment¶
Every use-case workflow is published as:
- Open-source code under permissive license on GitHub.
- Reproducible IaC templates so the workflow can be re-run on any ACCESS-CI / CyVerse-aligned cluster.
- Notebooks and tutorials integrated with the Educator Fellows program.
- A DOI issued through CyVerse's DataCite service.
